TORRINGTON Joanne Borduas, CEO of Community Health and Wellness Center, recently received an Official Citation from the General Assembly of the State of Connecticut. The award was in recognition of her “tremendous leadership to the Community Health and Wellness Center of Great Torrington during these difficult times. You have done an extraordinary job guiding the organization through your outstanding leadership. The City of Torrington and Greater Community recognize your work and dedication and are grateful for your commitment,” according to officials.
