Look at what has been happening. Teams of workers with the citys planning and building department. Theyve been inspecting and in some cases reinspecting the buildings damaged in yesterdays 6. 0 quake to see if they need to be yellow or red tagged. Yellow is for restricted access and red means keep out. At least two more structures were yellow tagged for a total of 45. We spoke with a man who was surveying the damage for one of the Main Property owners downtown. He does not believe that all of the buildings can be repaired. Oh, some will have to come down, i would assume so. A lot of these are just masonry. The city has red tagged them already. Im either going to have to retrofit them but its so large if they dont get a grant from the governor or whoever is going to provide that, it will have to come out fd their own pockets. Pope has followed the natural path of dying and then electing a new pope. Thats kind of sad that he has to go, but you know, at least he realizes that he cant continue.
