An application relating to Headmasters Halls, a Grade II-listed building dating from the 19th century, has been submitted to New Forest District Council. Headmasters Halls occupies a prominent site at The Square, Pennington. The application says: “In 1848 the Rev William Lambert came to Pennington as vicar.
