A long-awaited butcher shop and restaurant from a heritage pig farmer in Sandy has opened on Northeast Sandy Boulevard.
Piccone’s Corner opened quietly last week near the Petite Provence at 3434 N.E. Sandy Blvd., with pork from farmer Austin Piccone (Wallow & Root) as well as lamb, steaks and poultry from other local farms, Portland Monthly first reported.
