Supreme Court (FIle photo) MANILA - A Nueva Ecija court official was ordered dismissed from the service by the Supreme Court (SC) for gross neglect of duty, gross misconduct, and dishonesty. The court en banc also ordered the forfeiture of all benefits except accrued leave credits and disqualification from reinstatement or appointment to any public office of lawyer Renato Frades, clerk of court of the Regional Trial Court of Gapan City. Frades was the subject an administrative complaint by Reynaldo Ngo for falsely certifying the authenticity of a document submitted as evidence by spouses Dominador and Guillerma Anatalio. The Anatalios lost a property dispute to Ngo and his brother, Eduardo, in 2009. After Ngo won the case, he sought Frades' help to determine the existence of an unregistered "deed of sale" submitted when the land case was pending.
