The latest vandalism by motorists protesting Low Traffic Neighbourhoods has seen flowerbeds dug up and and plants destroyed - as councils close residential roads to to encourage walking and cycling.
The culture war between drivers and cyclists erupted at the end of November after councils were given given government funding to close some roads, to allow children to safely cycle to school.
However vigilante drivers - who claim the closure of residential roads has gridlocked main roads in London - have taken matters into their own hands.
