The launch of Enniscorthy Drama Group's (EDG) production of The Hostage by Brendan Behan was held in Enniscorthy Castle as friends, supporters and members of EDG prepared for a play written by the late Brendan Behan. The evening began with opening words, welcomes and some classic Behan quotes from EDG vice-chairperson Maria Nolan who organised the launch night.
A very successful night was had at the Enniscorthy Musical Society and Enniscorthy Drama Group's first joint fundraising social event of the year recently in The IFA Centre, with their Race Night With A Twist event.
