It is always top of mind to think very much about the people in the community that are the beneficiaries of the work that we do. It is easy to look around to see the challenges. We have income inequality and housing issues, transportation challenges. People commuting long hours. This affects young people. They are working harder than ever to get an education. We want the bay area to be a place to find a great job. Thinking about Young Persons development, there are some challenges that are natural. Curt talked about the Youth Development work.
