NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -New Orleans Police are investigating a shooting that happened inside the Jung Hotel on Canal Street. At least three people were injured by gunfire.
It happened around 12:15 a.m. in the 1500 block of Canal. At least 2 people were shot Dec. 28 inside the Jung Hotel on Canal Street in what the NOPD says was drug-related (Source: WVUE FOX 8)

UPDATE: As of 12 p.m., the perimeter has been lifted. The suspect is no longer believed to be in the area. Investigation remains ongoing.
NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -The New Orleans Police Dept. is investigating an incident in the First District where a suspect in an armed carjacking in the 1800 block of Tulane Avenue incident fled on foot.
