Real Estate Loans: The real estate sector is growing across segments said property analysts. Top seven property markets in the country registered total sales of 74,486 apartments during the quarter.
MOFSL is offering eight series of NCDs carrying fixed coupons with a tenure of 24 months, 36 months, 60 months, and 120 months with annual, monthly and at-maturity interest payout options. Effective annual yield for NCDs ranges from 8.85 percent to 9.70 percent per annum.
Crisil said a study of 100 NBFCs, accounting for over 90 per cent of the sector’s AUM, indicates these trends. Interestingly, only about a third of these have active co-lending books at present.
The profit margins will widen marginally, but will continue to be lower than the pre-pandemic levels due to the competition faced by the industry from over the top service providers like Netflix and Amazon Prime, the report by Crisil Ratings said.
Bharat Highways Invit has priced the IPO in the range of INR 98-100 per unit with the issue opening on February 28. The infra-investment trust is offering units worth INR 2,500 crore through the IPO. About 75% of the issue will be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to institutional investors, and 25% will be available for non-institutional investors.
E-bus Fleet: Adoption of e-buses in the private sector remains low. The development of a policy framework to increase participation of this sector, which accounts for about 90% of the bus fleet in the country, will also be critical to speed up the penetration of e-buses.
