It doesnt work, i oppose it. the theory behind is this. everybody will be forced to buy insurance. obviously your share in the risk pool and people arent going to the emergency rooms. what we saw with the new regulations, obama administration came out and said okay, the penalty, if you dont buy insurance is $95. ultimately it will go up to $700. its cheaper to pay the penalty. then you also saw in that a whole host of the exemptions for people that dont need to file under the requirement. if you...
