CAPE VINCENT — The village will be rocking from 4 to 5:30 p.m. this Saturday as the Tommy Gunn Band takes the stage at the Concerts on the Green series.

We are writing to voice our concerns with regard to the condition of the section of the River Brain that runs through the River Walk in Witham and to request that urgent remedial action is taken to prevent flooding and potential damage to residential properties. A man sexually assaulted a girl crossing the bridge over the River Brain, off Bramble Road, in Witham, at about 3.30pm on Monday. The girl fought the man off and ran away, according to Essex Police.
