A 15-month-old is part of an E. coli outbreak connected to a field trip his brother, a kindergartner, took last month.

These cases stemmed from a farm animal event held two days in late September at the Appalachian Fairgrounds in Gray, according to health officials of the region covering Sullivan and Washington counties.
