More than €3.2m in funding has been announced for community centres in two Co Wexford communities as part of the first ever dedicated fund for shovel-ready community projects in Ireland.
The Alzheimer Society of Ireland will hold the Alzheimer Memory Walk across various locations nationwide on Sunday, September 24, including at Tintern Abbey and Courtown Woods in Co Wexford.
Labour Party Leader and TD for Dublin Bay South, Ivana Bacik, paid a short visit to Courtown recently, having been invited by the Wexford branch of the Labour Party.
