This dynamic individual will be the empathetic face of our engagement work, connecting members of our full community which we call our “orbit” with one another through synagogue life. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and energized by interpersonal interactions. This position engages our 20/30s community, called the Riverway Project, as well as the larger community. This position requires flexible hours, including some nights and weekends. A strong working knowledge of organized Jewish life or willingness to learn about it will be important. Additionally, this person should have a facility for technology and social media, as well as excitement about its potential as a tool of engagement.
