Plans approved for six-figure project to refurbish Warwick community centre

Photo supplied Plans are well underway to start work on a £360,000 project to refurbish a popular community centre in Warwick and provide even more activities for residents. Warwick Gates Community Centre in Cressida Close, Heathcote, has received planning permission from Warwick District Council to go ahead with the scheme which will create a multi-purpose meeting room along with a new kitchen and toilets. L&Q, a housing associations and residential developer, and L&Q Estates, its strategic land business, have both donated nearly £16,000 towards the improvements.
