County employees get $500 bonuses from Unanticipated Funds By Greg Hirst on December 28, 2020 Natrona County Commissioners’ office, holiday edition (Oil CIty Staff) CASPER, Wyo The Natrona County Commission approved $500 bonuses for some 340 full-time county employees at their regular meeting Dec. 15. Natrona County Clerk Tracy Good implored the commissioners to consider an initial $1000 bonus at a work session Dec 1. She said they were both “warranted and needed” in light of the toll of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and the extra work county employees took on responding to it. “My staff was amazing, very professional, they withheld under pressure like no other,” Good told Oil City News.
