Five Ohio U.S. Reps signed on to the Texas AG case seeking to overturn the Presidential Election, which the U.S. Supreme Court rejected and Ohio AG Dave Yost filed a brief opposing.

CLEVELAND, Ohio Friday evening the U.S. Supreme court ruled the case filed by the Texas Attorney General to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election by invalidating 10 million votes in four swing states was Texas Longhorn ‘BS.’ The Buckeye state, Ohio, had bit parts in the case that were good and bad.
Indicted Texas AG Ken Paxton had brought the case against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.
