“It is a total mystery to me why [President Joe] Biden and [Secretary of State Antony] Blinken are violating a federal law, the Taylor Force Act,” said Stuart Force, Taylor’s father.

A conservative legal watchdog group filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration on behalf of victims of Palestinian terrorist attacks, claiming that the administration is in violation of federal law by funding the Palestinian Authority, which pays terrorists and their families for attacking and killing Israelis.

A conservative legal watchdog group filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration on behalf of victims of Palestinian terrorist attacks, claiming that the administration is in violation of federal law by funding the Palestinian Authority, which pays terrorists and their families for attacking and killing Israelis. 

The U.S. government is in violation of the 2018 Taylor Force Act, the plaintiffs contend.

Much of US financial aid to the PA was halted by the Taylor Force Act in order to prevent funds from being used for "Pay for Slay."
