The incident happened monday morning at the corner of denver and second in waterloo. The 9 year old was waiting for the school bus. Just down the street from his home when a young woman, in her early twenties, told his bus driver, that the boy needed to go with her. She told police she thought the boy needed help. Good wednesday morning. We are starting off with some slick conditions out there thanks to light snow during the overnight hours. Generally, accumulations have been light but with temperatures below freezing, its caused a few slick spots on the roadways. These are moving off to the east, and the area to our west should diminish as we go throughout the morning.
