UHRICHSVILLE The city and Council President Robert Cottrell have settled a lawsuit over public records brought by a city service department employee. The Ohio Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed the case at the request of the Kent attorney who represented Jeffrey D. Morris in the mandamus action.
