Yeah, its hard to look at this imagery because its the same picture we have been seeing all of our morning hours. The problem with that is these heavy bands of rain, the armbands of Tropical Storm harvey, well, their just stuck right over the houston area. As a result, these are the areas that are dealing with catastrophic lifethreatening flooding this morning. The center of the storm is to the south of austin. You can see there, so all the eastern half thats getting the major impacts. This is going to be the biggest problem, the one that goes down in history books.
