Aaron Christopher Kelly, 39, has been taken to custody by Washington Police after he was detained on Interstate 90 between Sprague and Spokane following the killing of Justin Krumbah.

Bryant Scott (right), a former landlord of Washington state murder suspect Aaron Kelly (left), alleged that the 39-year-old previously tried to poison his dogs and refused to leave his home.

A probable cause statement that was filed on Monday alleges that Aaron Kelly, 39, was a known shoplifter at the Richland, Washington, Fred Meyer store, where he opened fire, killing a man.
