and the supreme court said that provision was cops substitution natural and not preempted by legislation. and the provisions declared unconstitutional were the minor issues. that was employment, documentation for employment and reporting. minor provisions overall. clearly i agree with the justice, i wish the entire law was upheld at constitutional. i believe that arizona has the right to defend their citizens. they have the right under section 2b and thats what the supreme court said i...
