Former Navy petty officer, Tony Parsons, 63, was knocked down and killed by driver Alexander Sandy McKellar near Bridge of Orchy in Argyll and Bute in 2017.

Alexander McKellar struck Tony Parsons with a car in September 2017 on the A82 while he was on a solo charity bike ride. Mr Parsons body was eventually recovered from a remote peat bog in January 2021.

Police Scotland will be investigated after complaints of alleged criminality during their investigation into the death of Tony Parsons were raised.
