CCSO: Disabled man robbed JONESBORO — A Poinsett County man was arrested over the weekend after deputies say he robbed a disabled victim. The victim heard a noise outside his Lake City home and went to investigate. He found Christopher Chaffin, 32, of Trumann, in his garage, according to the probable cause affidavit.
