SENTENCED: Workington Magistrates Court Magistrates have imposed a restraining order on a 36-year-old Cleator Moor man after he admitted harassment. Robert Thomas Ryan, of Ennerdale Road, Cleator Moor, committed the offence between March 5 and March 11, Workington’s magistrates’ court heard. He followed the male victim to locations in Whitehaven and Workington and then confronted him, the court heard. Magistrates imposed a community order with a 10-week curfew. Ryan must also pay costs and was banned from contacting the victim or going to Sneakyeat Industrial Estate, Hensingham.
