The reason is the winds, the winds are gusty all day long and that will greatly reduce visibility. Its more of a function of the winds than the snow. Across south jersey and northern delaware and the i95 corridor, we have winter storm warnings for accumulating snow and the farther north Winter Weather advisories not expecting as much snow.
