After another hearing on Friday, there is still no decision on the town's preliminary injunction against the hotels which means nothing changes and the order remains in effect.
Lawyers tell the judge that National Guard has rebuffed town officials seeking to inspect conditions within hotels that they say are operating outside of legal use.
State Supreme Court Justice Emilio Colaiacovo said the order will remain in effect but no asylum seekers staying at the hotels will be displaced between now and the next court date.
