22 students graduate from Logos College - Eastern Mirror

Dimapur A total of twenty two students from Logos College have graduated during its 21st convocation programme held on March 31 on the theme on the theme “Be a prophetic voice” (Jer. 1:7-8). An update from the college stated that the convocation programme was attended by Rev. Dr. Nancy Lynn Nethercott, chaplain at The Robert E Webber Institute for Worship Studies, USA, as the speaker. It informed that Dr. Nancy is the great-grandniece of JE Tanquist, a missionary to Nagaland in the early 1900 and the first to translate the Bible into Tenyidie. He was the founder of Angami Literature Committee with its headquarters now at Ura Academic and also the first to start Bible school in Kohima. Rev. Dr. N Paphino, president of Logos College, said the commissioning prayer for the graduating students. It stated that Manju Lama was awarded the Logos Award for excellence in academic, spiritual and campus life. She also bagged the academic award for Master of Divinity and language award. Lipokm
