A Loveland building is under contract that is expected to serve as a 24/7 shelter and resource center for people experiencing homelessness.

Loveland’s economic development director, Kelly Jones-Sage, has resigned effective Feb. 21. She has served in that position for the past seven years, according to a press statement from the city.
