The 11th Cambodia International Film Festival (CIFF), which was inaugurated by Minister of Culture and Fine Arts Phoeurng Sackona on June 28 at the Chaktomuk Conference Hall in Phnom Penh, attracted a record number of moviegoers upon its triumphant return from two years of pandemic-related postponements.
The Australian embassy in Phnom Penh is giving away 70 tickets to the upcoming Cambodia International Film Festival (CIFF) to commemorate the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations with the Kingdom. The CIFF will take place from June 28–July 3, with over 140 films being screened around Phnom Penh, according to the embassy.
With all the shutdowns and delays, 2020 proved a rough year for the movies. But even without movie theaters and movie theater popcorn, it wasnât all badâafter all, this is the first year without a new Marvel Cinematic Universe release since 2011. Wolfwalkers (Apple TV+)
For over a decade, Kilkenny, Ireland-based Cartoon Saloon has produced under-the-radar animated features for adults and smart kids. With the astonishing
