What appeared to be a black bear was walking Monday near Rodney Parham Road and the Leawood neighborhood in Little Rock, according to the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
Crews have been working on the reconstruction of North Rodney Parham Road. However, utility issues and inclement weather have deterred construction work.
Starbucks workers at the North Little Rock location at the corner of JFK and McCain Boulevard have filed a petition for a union election with the National Labor Relations Board on Wednesday, according to a release from Starbucks Workers United.
