Doris M. Lockley WILLIAMSBURG — God, in his magnificent power, dispatched his angels at 5:11 a.m., Monday, Dec. 14, to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital on a spiritual mission. The mission was to bring our beloved mother and grandma, Mrs. Doris M. Lockley, 79, to her heavenly home to be with Him.
