GEORGE NEWS - Four major road upgrades currently in different phases of implementation in Thembalethu, Lawaaikamp, Rosedale and the city centre, hold the promise of joy to road users and business owners once completed. All these roads are important arterials in high activity zones with many pedestrians, trucks and public transport, said the municipality s Acting Director of Civil Engineering Services Lionel Daniels.
