Holly Willoughby - once the golden girl of ITV daytime television - has suffered a sharp decline in her fortunes according to her company accounts.

Holly has been quietly making moves behind the scenes for years, securing a lucrative life beyond the This Morning sofa.

RICHARD EDEN: Hollys company Roxy Media Ltd was due to have filed its annual accounts in August but has yet to do so. The same is true for Wylde Moons accounts which were due in July.

ITV was thrown into turmoil earlier this year following Philips admission to an unwise but not illegal relationship with a much younger colleague.

The highest earning daytime TV presenter has been announced, with This Morning's Holly Willoughby in third place.

The Scottish chat show host, 63, has assets worth almost £4million while Holly has logged just £1.5million, according to their companies respective accounts.
