The much anticipated City Lights festival has set its eyes on shaking up this festive season as the organisers promise to bring the event live on the national broadcaster, Botswana Television (Btv).
The CITY LIGHTS festival scheduled to happen on New Year's Eve has been earmarked to reawaken the dying spirit of celebrations to welcome the New Year in Gaborone.
