NISAR will study changes to the world's ice sheets, glaciers, and sea ice in fine detail, as climate change warms the air and ocean. NASA and the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) have teamed up to create NISAR, short for NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar.
