She’d eat lunch with friends, share stories and laugh. “I spent most of my time in the student center,” said Bryant, who studies political science. “I hosted dinner in my dorm once a week.” The pandemic has dissolved those rituals, and Bryant now spends most of her day isolated, in front of a computer screen. The public health crisis has also affected her one-year relationship.
