any more documents. why is that important? has already found against him for discovery violation and found find him $89,000. there is a pending order against him that he has to comply with and his companies need to comply with, forcing him to turn over additional documents that he has not turned over. he has until the beginning of august to do that. there has to be a line here, something he does not want to turn over something so important and it could be so devastating to him or other people. but he is willing to make an admission not only that what he said was false but that it was knowingly false, that it s going to and for all practical purposes the civil case. he will be found liable. it s going to end his law license in d. c. and new york, where there are pending cases against him. to me, it s stay tuned for ongoing discovery, because i think beryl howell, the judge there, is going to order that,
