so good to see you, eric. hi jj. you run three business three separate businesses that are somewhat related. uh-huh. plus there s a few other that have real estate holding stuff. got it. you are multiple businesses so let s talk about this from the perspective of someone who s thinking about doing it. what questions do they need to answer for themselves? you talk about first work life mountain balance. if you don t do that ahead you ll end up talking about it or figuring it out. it s easier to do it prior. so you understand work/life balance then work/work balance mining how do i balance the other companies. getting resourceful. it s a chapter in my book entire chapter is about resourcefulness. if you re going to be able to make it in the world of business even if you re just a solo player let alone a multibusiness operator you need to be really resourceful and
