A driver responsible for a hit and run crash in south Houston is still at large after authorities say the teenager still suffers from serious injuries from the incident.

HOUSTON – The Chapa family is asking for the public’s help in locating the person involved in a hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of 27-year-old Jessica Chapa. Administratively. even assuming that sergeant bergdahl did walk off of the firebase, we dont know the reason. we dont know the intend. we dont know if he was suffering from a mental health issue at the time. so i dont see this turning into a court-martial. i think theres potential that there could be an administrative or medical separation for this soldier. >> and, greg, in the article in "rolling stone," you guys pointed out that the unit that bergdahl served in wasnt exactly the best run unit....
