Father of missing 4-year-old arrested and charged with 7 counts of child neglect, Hampton police say
The charges come amid four days of searching for Codi Bigsby, who was reported missing on Jan. 31 from the family’s residence at the Buckroe Pointe Apartment Townhomes complex, off Old Buckroe Road.
