Rural Mural Program News Today

The Kansas Department of Commerce has announced multiple opportunities to support the creation of murals and public art though coordinated funding programs from the Kansas Creative Arts Industries Commission and the Office of Rural Prosperity.

Visitors to Wilson, the Czech Capital of Kansas, will soon be able to view two large murals honoring Czech immigrants and the railroad in rural Kansas.
