Former Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR (the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic), Ruslan Khasbulatov, has died at the age of 80, TASS reported citing Shamsail Saraliyev, a member of the State Duma from Chechnya.
