Michigan Hearing Witness: Dominion CEO’s Testimony Leaves More Questions Unanswered
Linda Lee Tarver, president of the Republican Women’s Federation of Michigan and former election integrity liaison in the Michigan Secretary of State’s Office, said Thursday that Dominion chief John Poulos’s recent testimony left more questions unanswered than it clarified.
Tarver, who testified at a Michigan election integrity hearing on Dec. 2, said Poulos’s Dec. 15 testimony to lawmakers boiled down to reiterating that “human error” was to blame for an initial Election Day vote discrepancy in Michigan’s Antrim County, where Dominion products were used.
She said some of the questions that Poulos did not address include whether poll workers received proper training on the Dominion system, concerns about whether vote tabulators could use a USB stick to add votes to a candidate, and how prone Dominion systems are to hacking. Tarver also said chain-of-custody questions remained una
Flynn Says Trump Could Use ‘Military Capability’ to Re-Run Election in Battleground States
Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn said Thursday that President Donald Trump has options regarding the hotly contested presidential election, including seizing voting machines and using “military capabilities” to rerun the election in key battleground states.
Flynn, who is a supporter of Trump’s claims of election fraud, told Newsmax in an interview that while he doesn’t know if the president will pursue these options, he said Trump needs to “plan for every eventuality because we cannot allow this election and the integrity of our election to go the way it is.”
Dominion Voting Systems Demands Sidney Powell Retract Election Fraud Statements
Dominion Voting Systems, via a law firm, demanded that lawyer Sidney Powell retract statements about its voting machines.
The letter, written by Clare Locke LLP, accused Powell of engaging in a “reckless disinformation campaign” that is “predicated on lies that endangered Dominion’s business and the lives of its employees.”
“We write to demand that you retract your most serious false accusations,” the letter continues.
The letter cited Powell’s claims of Dominion’s ties to Venezuela and late strongman Hugo Chavez, as well as claims that “Dominion paid kickbacks to Georgia in return for a ‘no-bid’ contract to use Dominion systems in the 2020 election, and that Dominion rigged the 2020 … election by manipulating votes, shifting votes” and “installing and using an algorithm,” according to the law firm. Powell should retract such statements, they added.
