Russian missile strikes killed at least six postal workers and wounded 17 others when they hit a mail depot in Ukraine s northeastern Kharkiv region, officials said.
Footage published by the Ukrainian police showed a large area of smoking rubble and several bodies being taken away by emergency workers in the village of Groza.
Russian strikes battered cities across Ukraine on Friday, killing 26 people including five children, as Kyiv said preparations for a counter-offensive against Moscow's forces were nearly complete.
