Justin Turner admitted it was a "weird" experience to see all the Red Sox and Dodgers players together in different uniforms.

The Dodgers had terrible starting pitching in July and also added two pitchers who will help their declining strikeout rate. But they also got great offense, from both the expected hitters and from Max Muncy and James Outman after two struggling months.

The Dodgers rallied for two runs in the seventh and three in the eighth inning to stun the Astros, with the winning run scoring on a balk on Saturday at Dodger Stadium.

Dodgers pitching roster moves in recent days include Ryan Brasier up from Triple-A Oklahoma City, Bryan Hudson optioned, Andre Jackson designated for assignment, and Tayler Scott traded to the Red Sox.

The Dodgers pitching has been uncharacteristically bad, especially on the road, and outside of the pending returns of Julio Urías and Daniel Hudson, there isn’t necessarily an easy fix in the short term other than the bulk of the roster needs to pitch better.
