Justin Ashley and Erica Enders extended their points leads with wins in Top Fuel and Pro Stock, Funny Car winner Ron Capps closed the gap on the points leader with another win, and Hector Arana Jr. surprised in Pro Stock Motorcycle to bring the Texas NHRA FallNationals to a roaring conclusion.

Austin Prock, Matt Hagan, Erica Enders, and Angelle Sampey all held onto their Friday qualifying leads through a hot day of racing at the Texas NHRA FallNationals at Texas Motorplex and will led their respective fields into battle on Sunday.

Winning championships is all about adapting to ever-changing conditions, and whichever drivers walk out of Texas Motorplex after today with victories at the Texas NHRA FallNationals will have proved that as Sunday will present yet another weather challenge.

Friday qualifying times also hold up for No. 1 qualifiers Mike Salinas, Greg Anderson and Joey Gladstone. 

Force, Matt Hagan, Aaron Stanfield, Matt Smith lead their classes.
