Clearfield County District Attorney, Ryan Sayers, says its due to an ongoing competency evaluation for Robert Bailor. State police charged Bailor with attempted homicide after allegedly stabbing a 76-year old man in Lawrence Township in August of 2020. The victim was stabbed 5 times as he climbed out of his car outside his home.
